In an article published in the Harvard Business Review, Nada R. Sanders and John D. Wood argue that the most important factor in successful implementations of AI is to implement organisational structures that use the technology to bring out the best in people. They propose a 'Four I' model for implementing AI: Intentionality of purpose, Integration of human and AI resources across the organisation, Implementation, and Indication (performance measurement).
